Accounts Management Specialist

Overview

The Accounts Management Specialist role is responsible for maintaining clients’ accounts in good status through effective and efficient collection strategies. The role acts as the company’s representative to queries in all existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicates and promotes collection activities thru call-outs, e-mails, and other available platforms.
• Executes a variety of administrative and clerical works including preparation of the statement of accounts (SoA), contracts administration, assistance with clients’ enrollment with insurance partners, and attending to clients’ accounts queries.
• Prepares daily collection reports and assists immediate superiors in generating monthly collection reports.
• Performs other related tasks as determined by immediate superior

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration and other related disciplines.
• Relevant work experience in collection and customer relations is a definite plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and has strong analytical skills.
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications.

Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares and reviews completeness of insurance claim forms and related documents.
• Evaluates and encodes claims information into the database systems.
• Verifies, ensures and maintains compliance to claims policy of clients
• Coordinates, builds, and maintains good relationship with partners mortuaries
• Assists in the submission of weekly and monthly claims reports and transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any business course and/or other related disciplines.
• Must work independently as well as collaboratively to make quick and accurate decisions as necessary.
• Must be personable with strong and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a keen attention to detail and be highly organized.
• Proficient in computer applications
