Steps of Online Purchase
As mentioned on our previous article, the online purchase option is now available for clients with the CARE (Convenience, Accessibility, Reduced Cost, and Efficient Process) benefits. Online Purchase is just like the traditional Life Plan Application Form (LPAF) that we give for clients to fill out. The only difference is clients accomplish it online, #CareEverywhere!

Note: All boxes that have * requires to be filled out.
1. Access Golden Future Life Plans web page (www.goldenfuture.com.ph). Then, click “E-Services.” Under the E-Services click “Online Purchase.”
2. Sign in or sign up using a valid email address if you are not a member yet. Then, set up a password and tick the box. Then, verify your email to finish the registration. Once verified, the client will be prompted to a page to sign in.
3. Once you choose “Create New Purchase”, fill out all the personal details needed.
4. Prepare a picture of any Government ID to be uploaded.
5. Sign at the signature area or upload electronic signature.
6. Select branch. Decide on the plan type. Choose the mode of payment. Choose payment option.
7. Choose the delivery option for the contract. Check the boxes and click Review Application. After clicking, the website will redirect client to a page that shows the life plan application form (LPAF).
8. Once done checking the LPAF, go back to the previous tab and click next. A preview of the payment scheme will be shown depending on what the payment mode the client had chosen.
9. The client may proceed to payment. Once done, click next.
10. Online Purchase is now done.
