Graphic Artist

Job Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming and developing design concepts based on briefs and project requirements.
• Creating visual designs using a variety of tools and techniques, including graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Designing layouts for various media, including print and digital, and selecting appropriate fonts and typography.
• Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Working closely with marketing teams and other designers to ensure the successful execution of projects. 

Job Qualifications:

• A strong sense of visual aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Expertise in industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and other design fundamentals.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and work with others to achieve project goals.
• Ability to identify and solve design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.

Visual Sales Partner (VSP)

Overview

A Virtual Sales Partner (VSP) helps boost Golden Future’s digital sales by managing online pages, creating marketing content, and promoting our plans on digital platforms. They assist with inquiries, handle post boosting, and drive engagement to strengthen our online presence and sales production.

Job Responsibilities:

• VSP is required to establish and maintain an official page, which shall be accessible to a Marketing Personnel for oversight and monitoring purposes.
• Promote our products and services through approved digital channels.
• Assist clients by addressing inquiries and facilitating transactions through online platforms.
• Monthly boosting budget and materials will be provided; the digital seller is responsible in doing the boosting.
• Digital Seller is required to report to the nearest Golden Haven branch at least three (3) days per week for monitoring, and the rest of the week will be online.
• All leads generated from the created digital pages, campaigns, or promotional materials will be owned by the company.
• Upon the end of service, all created digital pages, accounts used for promotions shall be turned over to the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Tech-savvy and active on social media platforms.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in online selling is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in creating digital marketing materials (posts, ads, content, etc.) and boosting on social media.
• Should have their own equipment such as laptop, tablet, or cellphone with stable internet connection.

Marketing Sales Staff

Overview

The Marketing Sales Staff is responsible for achieving the business’ monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. The position focuses on and seeks to continuously develop the product’s competitiveness by knowing the market – its demand, target market and top competitors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts end to end sales & marketing administration – from pre-sales to after sales services
• Recruits, trains, and handles sales team for efficient sales generation
• Promotes healthy and harmonious relationships with all clients and sales teams thru excellent customer service.
• Assists in lead generation and prepares monthly sales report.
• Performs other related tasks as determined by immediate superior

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge on market research or in an insurance company is an advantage

HR Business Partner

Overview

The HR Generalist role conducts a wide range of human resource activities which includes, but is not delimited to, talent acquisition and management, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, learning and development, and other administrative works.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts end-to-end talent acquisition process – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Performs benefits administration activities such as preparation and processing of HMO, monthly remittances, and other related tasks with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG in a timely manner.
• Suggests and executes employee relations and learning and development activities.
• Provides extensive administrative support to the team.
• Assists immediate superior with weekly and monthly reporting.
• Performs other related tasks as determined by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
• With excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
• Those with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantage
• Must be a team player and, as well as, can work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares and reviews completeness of insurance claim forms and related documents.
• Evaluates and encodes claims information into the database systems.
• Verifies, ensures and maintains compliance to claims policy of clients
• Coordinates, builds, and maintains good relationship with partners mortuaries
• Assists in the submission of weekly and monthly claims reports and transactions.
